84 I made an appointment for chimney cleaning with this company. They have excellent customer service, and the employee who came was professional and polite. After inspecting our chimneys, he told us that we had stainless steel liners (which we didn't know), and that we didn't need a cleaning....

It went well. I liked the way the quoted the project and they way they performed the work. they inadvertently switched the intake and exhaust lines for a gas stove at the bottom of the chimney, but had no issues with returning to make adjustments and fix the problem.
