He was polite, profession and respected the property. Quickly diagnosed the issue and provided me with several options after showing me and explaining the issue with the fireplace. Fortunately the parts were in his truck and he was able to quickly effect a repair. Everything was cleaned up and he even cleaned the fireplace glass insert (this is a natural gas fireplace). They dismantled it, including tearing down the catalytic converter. They lost bolts. When they were "done," they put stuff back in without bolts and all the catalytic plates fell out. The stove is now unusable in the dead of winter. The parts will cost $1200 plus a service call from a qualified technician, which is almost impossible to get without booking a month in advance in this weather. This order will cost me $2,000 at the rate it is going. This is a horrible company. Will not return calls or address damage. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. I don't care if a veteran owns it, they do awful work, are ignorant and have no respect for customers or their property."

"I called for a free estimate, Justin came promtly and inspected the chimey. He showed me pictures of the problems and spelled out all the options. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing. He was professional and honest about what needed to be done. I was more then pleased with him and the company. I highly recommend .Chimneys are us."
