He renovated the bathroom with new tiles, replacing bathroom rotten wood frame window with a vinyl frame, installing new light fixtures and repairing bathroom plumbing, repairing torn screens, as well as repainting interior walls and trim throughout the unit and installing new shades throughout. We chose CD Plastering because Con seemed to get what we really wanted which was to get the walls ready to paint. Con and his helper, Mike, came on time and worked continuously all day. They took 2 breaks which didn't total 30 min! They cleaned up everything and took it with them. Con came back 2 days later to lightly sand the walls. Always cleaned up after themselves as well. 4 stars because they did not do a good job on the part of the wall around my outlet. The outlet was left too deep in the wall which was not how it was before the project. I was told I would have to fix this myself or hire someone else.."
