He was extremely thorough, reviewed pricing and policy with me carefully to ensure I understood everything and there were no surprises. Can't say enough great things. They installed my gutter covers which he was very knowledgeable about, cleaned gutters, and cleaned up the ground as if the gutters were never cleaned - nothing worse than a company that leaves a mess behind. A+ - will use them every year to do our gutters and will recommend my friends and family as well."

"I hired Long Roofing Products to replace my roof. From the beginning the sales man lied to me, telling me that they could take off my Gutter Helmets and put them back on correctly. This was lie #1. They have null and voided the warranty of my gutter helmets, because they were not supposed to touch them and according to Gutter Helmets all the roofers know this. lie #2 there were missing pieces on the ends of my gutter helmets to prevent the birds from getting into the gutters. The salesman told me they would order the piece from Gutter Helmets and replace it. This was never done. I have contacted them several times and they continue to tell me they will fix it and they never do. I would NEVER recommend them, I would only tell you NOT to use them. They talk a big game but never follow thru with their promise's."

Their pricing was better than the other quotes and James was great to work with. Before the crew started any work I met the owner, Luis, and knew I had chosen the right company. He was just as great as James, very thorough and let me know what would be happening. In addition to needing the roof replaced we also had some damage to rafters and decking to replace. After the job was complete, Luis did a thorough inspection of the work and made sure I was happy with everything. The crew did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier with the work. "I made the huge mistake of having my gutter installed by DaBella after their high pressure pitch. After the gutters were installed, the fascia board was left exposed to the elements. I contacted management to have this issue resolved, they said that was not covered or not is scope. The exposed fascia board was an issue they created and they refuse to do anything about it. I got absolutely nowhere with multiple calls and emails to the company. Please do not use this company. It will save you a lot of headaches."

"NMTI (who we hired as Tru Blue Construction Inc) were superlative. Juan and Ramon were excellent communicators, answering all of our questions in a timely, professional, and endlessly patient fashion. Our project was a big one - our self-managed condo building had a severely leaky roof that needed a full replacement, including redoing a roof deck - and I imagine we were not the easiest clients since we had tons of questions and a lot of "cooks in the kitchen" with different owners and condo trustees weighing in. Juan and Ramon took it all in stride and were incredibly helpful for me in my role as project coordinator. Their team was clean, efficient, effective, respectful, and friendly. They worked both quickly and thoroughly, and were good to always keep me updated as the scope of the work evolved as we found new (but not unexpected or spurious) issues during the demo/rebuild process. Juan was an excellent advocate for us and our project when the city was slow to approve permits/send inspectors. It was a big and intimidating job for us as homeowners, and NMTI/Tru Blue made it feel much less overwhelming. "Very disappointed. We asked for triple pane windows, and someone on their end ordered double pane. Luckily we noticed day of installation, and they had to re-order the proper ones we signed for. Finally the group of installers who came did a horrible job. Trash, insulation, and broken glass on our front lawn. Horribly cut wood trim that we had to redo ourselves. Poor sealing that we need to redo. Our hopper window was misaligned and couldn't close. The hinge arm on our casement window has detached from the channel. Communication is spotty from them, and sometimes we don't get an answer by call or text until we message repeatedly. It took over a year to have our project done from contract signing to end, and there are still issues cropping up. Out of the dozen of contractors we've hired the past year and a half, they have been the most disappointing and for what we paid, the quality of work was truly disappointing."
