It turned out they had some additional material from a previous job that day, so they actually repaired a bit more of the wall than had been agreed on, which we really appreciated. A bit more details: We had some initial miscommunicatons about how to repoint our exposed chimney in our house. They had to come back and do more extensive work (having a mason remove older mortar and redo part of the chimney). That extra work would have been a lot more expensive than what we had initially talked about, but also resulting in a nicer look. IIn that situation, the guys at Paramount took their responsibility for the initial miscommunication and redid the job at a fraction of what the masonry would have cost. Professional and very keen on having satisfied customers! In the end, we were really happy with both their work and their attitude to make things right!"
