They never tried to “up sell” us, and truly listened to what we wanted to get from an additional bedroom. The team was in constant communication with us in regards to time and days they would be working, and if there was ever a day they would not be on site, we knew ahead of time. We were even set back a few days due to rain, and the team came on the weekend to make up time. Throughout the process they were honest about cost, and additional things that were going to have to increase our original price. When the room was completed, originally for our teenage son, we loved it so much we moved in for ourselves! Overall we were extremely pleased with the whole process. We love our new room!"

Bob and his sidekick are the two main characters and they have a group of very competent sub contractors that they bring in depending on your project requirements. From the initial meeting to completion, Bob was very easy to work with. He is fully engaged during the process, keeps you informed, keeps the project moving, and insists on high quality.
