"Hired Neli for a virtual repair of our Whirlpool washer. Tom was VERY knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We came up with a solid diagnosis of my issue and the replacement parts required. "Terrible experience. I had a problem with my dryer tripping breakers. They came out and replaced dryer thermostat kit (which seems unrelated to me) for $365. That (not surprisingly) did not fix the problem. They came out a second time (no charge... except my time) and failed to fix the problem again. Said is was not economically fixable and refused any refund. Not sure if they are incompetent, dishonest, or both. Plenty of 1 star experiences below - proceed at your own $ risk."

"It did not go well. I live in Virginia and II ordered a dishwasher for my elderly mom back in March. It was delivered on Saturday May 8 and the old one was disconnected and outside on her patio to be picked up by them. They delivered new one but did not pick up the old one. I called within a half hour of them leaving and was told it would be picked up Monday. That did not happen so I called again on Tuesday and was told someone would call me back. That didn’t happen so I called again and was told it would be picked up. It wasn’t so I called again on Friday and was told it would be picked up today. It is still in her yard. Awful customer service and I will make sure she and the rest of my Cape Cod family does not give them business."
