"I hired Neli over a week period for 3 different appliances, my dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, and even kitchen sink! I had a fantastic experience: 1. That (not surprisingly) did not fix the problem. They came out a second time (no charge... except my time) and failed to fix the problem again. Said is was not economically fixable and refused any refund. Not sure if they are incompetent, dishonest, or both. Plenty of 1 star experiences below - proceed at your own $ risk."
