"Mr. Abdo, the owner of East Coast Cleaning Services, did a fantastic job cleaning my carpet. I called him to see if there was anything he could do about a huge stain, which occurred as a result of a variety of liquids leaking out of a guest's moving box. The recipe consisted of honey, maple syrup, olive oil, and soy sauce! I also had the typical pet stains that one acquires when living with a dog and two cats. Mr. Abdo removed ALL the stains on the carpet, plus a large spot on the couch. I feel like I have a brand new rug! Mr. Abdo was friendly and professional. He wore a mask, and offered to help move furniture. His price was reasonable and lower than a big name company I had used in the past. (Hint: Their initials are SS.) His attention to detail and the results achieved were far superior to that big name company I had used in the past. (Hint: SS.) I will be calling East Coast Cleaning Services again in the future. They were professional, responsive, great customer service, and most importantly, did an incredible job on a some very difficult blood stains on my carpeting. Sidney, the owner, cautioned me that the blood stains might return, and if so to let him know. As he predicted, there was some seepage. True to his word, he returned, and actually was able to lift the carpet and clean underneath the carpeting and the pad to resolve the issue.
