David juggled it all well. His core carpentry crew, Paul and Derek, were skilled, dedicated and responsive to requests. They kept the ball rolling forward. Good quality work at reasonable prices -- it would have cost me substantially more to use one of the larger home remodeling firms and I probably would get far less top-level attention."

All appointments were not only on time but were extremely punctual. We met first with Product Specialist Holly, who was enthusiastic, very knowledgeable and helpful. While at our home assessing the proposed job, Project manager Rick explained the entire process in layman's terms. The day of the job, Project Supervisor Marc arrived early and went over the entire job with the crew. All company representatives left us with a business card with their cell #'s to call if we required anything. The installation crew was amazing. They arrived early and began immediately. They were no nonsense, very focused and, worked like a well oiled machine. He installed crown molding, a chair rail, built and installed shelves, patched walls, installed a garbage disposal, installed windows, built a pan display, painted and completed other projects. Tyrell was professional, did excellent work and was reasonably priced. I would hire him again without hesitation! (I put $100 in the price because he’s done many different jobs.)"

"Everything went wonderfully with this company.  They were very professional, listened to exactly what my problem was, and explained to me how they were going to diagnose the problem and/or solve it before doing any actual work.  Once they started, the team (three people came) worked together like a well-oiled machine.  One was in the room with diagnostics, one was at the fuse box looking for possible problems there, and the third went into the crawlspace beneath our house to look at the physical wiring.  Once the problem was found (there was a faulty wire beneath the house that had come loose from the junction box), it was fixed and tested within minutes and another full diagnostic was done to make sure there were no other possible issues.  They cleaned up after themselves very neatly.  They also replaced the light switch with a dimmer switch at no extra cost!  Well within my budget, and came in even lower than their original (FREE) estimate!  I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the Bergen County area.
