I needed a home inspection fast to close a real estate deal. My realtor recommended Paul Miranda at HouseMaster Home Inspections for an inspection in Southern Rhode Island. Paul has been in the building trades for over 30 years. He recently became a franchisee with HouseMaster. Paul took my call and set up an inspection for the following week. On that day, Paul was there early. It was a thorough top-to-bottom inspection. He checked all of the systems and explained their operation. Later that day, Paul emailed me a link to the full inspection report on the HouseMaster site. Very professional, very thorough.
