 + -1 moreMartin Casey performed the inspections, and I though he was very thorough. He spent about 3 hours at each site, and was great at communicating while he was inspecting, letting me know what to look out for, what I might expect in terms of repair, etc. The report itself was very helpful, went into great detail, and came promptly the next day. Casey has a lot of experience in the home building business and is very knowledgeable about codes, new technologies, and changes in home construction. But he also knows old New England homes very well. He was recommended by two people to me and I wish to do the same through the List.
Description of Work: DHR Inspections performed 2 home inspections for me in October and November of 2008.
