"Called On top roofing for an estimate, it took several weeks to get back to us, got the estimate and agreed to have the work done. A few guy showed up one day and started working, we were not notified they were coming to work,good thing we were here that day. They did the job and left without ever communicating with us about the work. We did a walk around and discovered that some of the work was not completed. So called the company back and the owner came out to look at the job, he said it would be about another $100. To complete. We were not happy because this was supposed to be in the estimate we agreed on. The workers show up again unannounced and did the job. We then received a bill for $200. More, again this was not what was agreed upon when talking to owner. We were hoping to form a relationship with this company for future work, but that's not going to happen, there was no communication and even with a written contract they will somehow charge you more than agreed on."

"I had a terrible experience with Roofers Edges & Siding Inc. We decided to replace the roof for solar system, and hired them to do the job. Remember: you are not hiring Kevin but his crew!!! The communication was extremely poor. At first, despite Kevin agreeing to use an ice shield for the front of my house, his crew was unaware of this requirement. I saw they are using the wrong material, and I had to contact Kevin at the installation day to ensure they were doing the job correctly. It was frustrating that the crew couldn't understand English, and Kevin himself never showed up at my house after the initial estimate. To make matters worse, the roof replacement resulted in a severe water leak problem between my chimney and roof. I asked them to fix it, but they failed once and never showed up again even though they provided an one-year warranty. At very beginning, I fully trusted them, and didn't check regularly, eventually I found the leaking problem persisted several months after the replacement the roof! Despite numerous attempts to contact Kevin, he consistently failed to respond to my calls and texts. Instead, he tried to blame the issue on a chimney problem, and told me they can do a water test, but that never happens. I eventually had to hire a new company to look into it, and they found out that the FLASHING was NOT INSTALLED CORRECTLY!!! and I can see the sky from my attic. I had to pay extra money to redo the flashing job, and Roofers Edges & Siding already lost my trust. The lack of professionalism continued when they claimed to have applied for a permit for the job, and I trusted them. However, several months later, I found out that there was no record of the application with the town. When I contacted them, they said the issue is an incorrect address, how un-professional they are! Overall, I would not recommend Roofers Edges & Siding Inc to anyone. Their poor communication, lack of professionalism, and shoddy workmanship were unacceptable. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy roofer, I suggest you look elsewhere."

"We are very pleased with Ray's team work. They did a great job installing the cement board despite the very cold weather (jan-feb). The installation of the door leading to the backyard (garage to backyard) required a bit of tweaking which was done in order to have a good seal. Communication requests by the team to have Indoor access to the room where the bay window was installed could have been better."

"I had a FANTASTIC experience with LCT! It started with a prompt response from them, setting up an appointment the next day after a tree fell on my house. James came down and explained everything thoroughly and gave me some options. After talking to a few other vendors, I knew I wanted to go with LCT. Their pricing was better than the other quotes and James was great to work with. Before the crew started any work I met the owner, Luis, and knew I had chosen the right company. He was just as great as James, very thorough and let me know what would be happening. In addition to needing the roof replaced we also had some damage to rafters and decking to replace. After the job was complete, Luis did a thorough inspection of the work and made sure I was happy with everything. The crew did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier with the work. The office staff was also great to work with! I got to meet them when I went down to pay the invoice. A 5 star experience from start to finish. Thank you LCT!"

"The crew which did the roofing after they left I noticed that fence door was broken and on the ground. I tried reaching Mike (the sales consultant) and never heard back from him. I specifically remember Mike telling me that he'll be there to answer/help until the project is done. I reached out to Tyler (the project manager assigned) and shared the picture of the broken door. He right off the bat refused that it happened and after I shared the picture he said he'll come and inspect it in person. That was 2 weeks back and hasn't been any follow up. I only went with United because I knew an employees. Even though united was most expensive quote (but comparable work) from other roofing companies. I was hoping for a good experience and hire united for other work like siding replacement."

"They talk the talk but when push comes to shove they are awful. I had them do replacement windows. The windows that are visible from my driveway and sidewalk are excellent. The ones that are more hidden they didn't bother to wrap or caulk correctly. Called the office and they said that if they "fixed the issues" it would be more damage. Never have I been more disappointed by crap customer service."
