"Responsive, experienced and thorough. Our new plumber for sure!"

"Did everything professionally and according to code. Price was the lowest of all the quotes I was given. Would recommend for all plumbing services!!!!"

"Very friendly service, professional, I love this plumbing, agency."

"Unlike the other company I looked at, Kevin was able to do exactly what I asked for, did the job quickly and for a reasonable cost. When he was running late, he sent me a text to let me know. I have no problem recommending Kevin for all your plumbing work"

"Hired for plumbing only, but offered solution for heater replacement as well. It is great to find someone like Al that is willing to follow through with the scope of this project from rough to final inspections."

"Great experience - installation was done efficiently and well and the guys at SBP are great! Well versed in plumbing and transparent. Left my house how they found it and cleaned up after themselves too."

"Tim was very responsive ( communicated via Text), very courteous and punctual!! Did the job in less than the time he thought it would take. Very accommodating! He will get plenty of referrals from me and Ofcourse I will reach out to him again for any of my future plumbing needs. He quoted me a cost and gave me no surprises. I asked for his plumber license ( since itâ s the first time Iâ ve met him) and there was no hesitation on his behalf. Highly recommended!!"

"The plumbers who came out were kind, clean and efficient. Sean, Ryan and Orin, made sure we were kept in the loop and cleaned up after themselves beyond any other vendor we have had. They made the process much easier, answered all our questions while on site and were enjoyable to chat with! Unfortunately, the office, has poor communication. We had to call many times, and were constantly told we would receive a call back and we didn't. A day+ would go by before we would have to call again. This was after signing a quote. The women who I spoke with more, was not pleasant. She provided misinformation on the work process, and seemed annoyed at our questions. Having to plan a day to shut down a business in the childcare field requires planning for the sake of our families, and we did not feel like this was easy to do with the lack of help from the office administrator. At this time, we would not recommend to other businesses in our field. Unfortunate, because the plumbers are great."

"I hired Bob Phalan for repairs and renovation of a rental unit in Dorchester that had wear and tear from multiple tenants. Bob worked on replacing exterior clapboards, renovating the bathroom with new tiles, replacing bathroom rotten wood frame window with a vinyl frame, installing new light fixtures and repairing bathroom plumbing, repairing torn screens, as well as repainting all walls and trim throughout the unit. He also plastered damaged ceilings and cleaned and organized the basement storage area. Bob arrived early each day and worked diligently. Bob is a good problem solver and can suggest ways to do repairs for the best outcome while keeping costs down. I would definitely hire him again."

"I hired this company for spring cleanup, and when they got here they were able to do so much more They edged all my beds. They mulched everything. They filled my new raised beds with loam. They cleaned my two ponds. They went way over and above what I expected, I would recommend them highly to anyone. They .were professional. They were courteous. They left nothing behind. It was absolutely the best experience I’ve had hiring someone in a long time. I couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend them to anyone for any projects."
