"When I first met Edwin he was very polite. He promised to follow the explicit details of the project which were to match existing fence. He said he would start in two weeks. When he finally showed up it had been a month. He stayed for a few hours and went home sick after having brought a small amount of disgraceful materials. I mistakenly agreed to pay $300 for these in advance. The wood was cracked, some posts too large and the boards the wrong species. After being instructed not to use a specific post he did so anyway. Then proceeded to make the gate a foot shorter than fence. After he left I noticed the cross bars were pine which he argued and lied over until Angi got involved. To keep job he agreed to get cedar like the original fence. By then I had had enough manipulation and childishness. He insisted on finishing job and I did not want him to. So in fear he would, I had to keep and move the materials he lazily left. If I do not get my $300 back I am glad because the gentleman working for him was very kind and I don’t want Edwin having an excuse not to pay him. Edwin is dishonest, and immature. I do not recommend him! My parents recently passed away and I wanted the project done for my Mother at least by Father’s Day. I am disabled and my puppy who is helping me to survive is not safely contained in my front yard. The Summer is wasted because I cannot empty the garage and get my home ready for a future PCA. Edwin knows not what he did and didn’t do. Do not hire this person and God Bless!"

"It went well! I expected it to take a long time to get it picked up, but I called for the bag to be emptied on Friday and they were here Saturday! I am already filling it up again. (We have a MESS from the storm and need to finish the kitchen before this weekend's company coming in from out of town.) I have already called them to request my bag be emptied on Friday, and they have me on the schedule! I can't believe the customer service is so great! This is not a regular dumpster company. "It was a pleasure working with Nick and Smith Bopp Fence. I found Nick to have a good knowledge of fencing products. He was easy to contact and promptly answered all of my questions. His pricing was very competitive. His reputation for good quality work appears to be growing as he is about 7 weeks out from deposit to installation. If you want to work with Smith Bopp you should contact them soon due to their lead time. Since time was an issue for our project I had to choose another vendor so I'm unable to make a personal comment on quality, although I am confident, based on speaking directly with Nick, and from reading his many glowing Yelp reviews, that his workmanship would have first rate."
