I first called to request the service, I could not speak with any members, but they promptly returned my call, understood the request and made an appointment. The day of service, the technician arrived on time and explained the work to be done and eventually his findings. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. "I had a water leak in my ceiling ( where I have radiant hot water pipes) Jeff was thorough, careful, and took the time to problem solve. I tried calling other plumbers and they would not even come to diagnosis the problem. The problem was finally diagnosed to a cracked condensing pipe from the air condition system that had been previously deemed okay. Piped fixed and leak taken care of....Thank you AR Zukowski for not just brushing me off."

"We needed a gas line from our basement to our first floor fireplace. Two plumbers came to give us an estimate, and the quoted price was very good so we accepted, and they began immediately.
