Joe and John were very meticulous in doing all the pre-measuring all the way through the construction, including the very meticulous finish work, which I need to give a shout out to Joe who is an excellent finish carpenter. Valerie was very informative when she came and gave us an estimate and was very responsive with any questions we had. The owner Pierre is very hands-on which was a very nice touch from a customer experience aspect. we had a couple tricky areas in the kitchen and due to their knowledge and experience, and they’re fine attention to detail every aspect of of the job far exceeded our expectations. we would highly recommend them and would like to thank all the crew for doing such a great job for us"

Mike and his team proved highly collaborative and skilled in their respective trades while also involving us as active partners in design and construction choices. Being able to work with both Ivan during the design phase and then Mike during construction to make sure our design and budget needs were met proved invaluable throughout the year long process. Mike was always willing to hop on the phone to talk through design decisions or product selection as we were deciding on finishes throughout the process. He also was more than willing to discuss scope changes and refining of the original build plans as we saw those plans turn into reality. "Evandson and his team are true professionals. They converted an unused space in our primary bedroom into an en-suite primary bathroom. The timeline proposed was 6-7 weeks and they completed everything including permitting and inspections within 5 weeks. The craftsmanship was top notch and we were extremely impressed with how clean and on time they were throughout the project. Evandson and his team had previously helped us finish our basement, which we love, and it was a no brainer to have him complete our bathroom project. We would recommend Evandson and EENN to anyone looking to complete any home improvement project, as our experiences working with them have been nothing but positive. We would give more than 5 stars if given the option!"

"We recently completed a gut reno and second story addition. After engaging 10 different contractors, MP was the most communicative, interested, flexible and competitively priced. MP has a large in-house team of experts that work efficiently and adapt to the home owner’s needs and preferences. The employees worked 6 days a week and took great pride in their work. They were personally invested in our project and wanted to make it the home of our dreams. The team includes an amazing designer, Nataly, who helped with selecting finishes. The onsite foreman, Adriano, demonstrated expertise and kindness. Seichelle and Marco did an excellent job with operations, ordering materials and problem-solving. We have been back in our home for 10 months. Anytime I have an issue, Seichelle and the team have addressed it. They have gone above and beyond what is expected. We could not be more pleased with our project. We strongly recommend MP for your next project!"

"July 2023 hired company to replace the roof. I noticed that vinyl in areas along the roof edges where it meets the roof was missing or displaced. I suspect because of movements during the roof replacement, that they were not securely fasten after the roof replacement. I did not have this problem before. Contacted LONG HOME PRODUCTS by email and telephone calls several times without any positive response to address my concerns. I was told that the product and workmanship would be professionally completed and guaranteed for 30+ years. I was assured that I would not have any immediate issues with my roof. THIS HAS NOT BEEN MY EXPERIENCE. December of 2024, after heavy rains and winds I found several displaced roof shingles from my new roof on my lawn. I again contacted the company with photos as evidence. In January 2025 I had my roof inspected and was horrified by the video images I received. There was image of a significant area of the roof where the roof shingles/covering were missing and clearly was not nailed down and installed correctly. A large area was exposed. (video evidence available). I AM STILL WAITING FOR LONG HOME PRODUCTS TO ADDRESS THESE ISSUES despite promises to return to residence. Unprofessional, workmanship of roof installation by LONG HOME PRODUCTS. I have serious reservations that they can deliver professional roof installation after what I have seen and experienced! I am still waiting. Customer service is poor. Website does not provide for ability to access a company representative that can address issues or follow up with consumers. Focus is on sales. This might be deliberate. No support after project really. Focus only on finance only and not customer satisfaction and well being. Consumers should make sure they complete a LONG research before considering this company as "things are not always what they seem." It is frustrating and I am continuing to pay on a loan for services I did not receive!"

"In 2021, I hired Eric to fix a water leak in my basement. I paid approximately $8000. Three months after the work was done, there was leaking again. He came over and told me that this was a different leak. After I saved up enough money, I was referred to an expert in basement leaks/foundations. He came over and completed the work. When he was doing the work, he proactively asked me who did the work previously. He said he was clearly not done by someone with knowledge of foundations. I have tried to resolve with Eric. At a minimum, I deserve a refund"

Sanfer was professional, transparent with costs, and responsive to questions during the whole renovation process. His workers were skilled, prompt, and friendly. Sanfer also suggested vendors and provided helpful tips. I am very happy with our beautiful bathroom and would hire him again for another renovation."

"Great, Dave stayed within our budget and our addition looks like it was part of a whole new home construction. We were really impressed with Dave Kinsella's design concepts and the workmanship was high quality even though we were on a tight budget. Dave comes from a big family so he understands money and time constraints plus he wants his projects to look as aesthetically pleasing to his clients as possible. We would definitely hire Dave again."
