"On the eve of our defunctionalization of a septic system to hook up to the town sewer, we had a sudden and unexpected backup in the shower and through the toilet seal. Our plumbers recommended Ryan, who was prompt, thorough, tidy, affable, competent, and available in a flash two days later when a subsidiary problem required a return visit. "Pacific Stone did a nice job. Person in charge of scheduling measurements and installation was pleasant and courteous. Within a few days of my inquiry they came out to my house to take measurements and they brought samples to choose from. Installation was done within a few weeks after that. Took away the old countertops and sinks. They know what they're doing. One of the installers was actually the owner and they were prompt and professional and cleaned up well."

Yes, you’ll need to replace your toilet’s wax seal any time you move the toilet. This is because movement of the toilet will break the seal, rendering the remaining wax useless.
