"CP construction and carpenrty did a great job building a new deck for my family. I was kept in the loop during the building process. Most importantly the price was right and great workmanship. I will use CP construction again and I highly recommend. Thanks again guys, from Nigel."

"We hired Collazo home improvement for a deck repair/replace. The entire team was great to work with. They were efficient and addressed all of our concerns. The project was done quickly and on budget. I would highly recommend them. Exceptional."

"Boyd Property Management did an incredible job installing my new walkway. They came and gave me a great price, showed up to do the job when they said they would, did a great job with the installation, and went above and beyond cleaning up afterward. I am very happy with their work and professionalism, and am going to have them do a patio and retainer wall this spring. I would highly recommend them!"

"If you want the short answer: we are super happy with the work. The more detailed answer: Each member of the company was professional. Mike made a point to be on site the first day.. He ensured we were comfortable and understood each step in the process as well as provided a timeline they would follow. The craftsmanship was beautiful. As a hobbyist carpenter/cabinetry maker I appreciated the fine lines and attention to detail our crew made. Their work was as clean as my own interior work and really makes the outside of our house nicer. They removed my old front porch which supports a modest roof, installed new footings, framed out and lagged ledgers to the house (which sounds normal but the original was not done this way when the house was built in 87), used all trex composite materials for decking and molded railings, and pvc wrapped all posts in 6x6. The new stairs they built are beautiful and as they made them to code they were able to add one more which will make it so much easier for my elderly father to visit (he hasn't visited due to the daunting front stairs). I can't say enough good things about Mike and his crew. I will admit that their pricing is not ultra competitive. I imagine they compensate their workers for the excellent craftsmanship... but they did come in about 10% higher than the average. I believe I got more than 10% better than the average craftsmanship though. I look forward to requesting more quotes and seeing if we can do more business for siding and an additional leisure deck in back. I hope with the price of materials coming back down to earth my next projects will be more competitive in pricing. We are super happy with the work and would highly recommend them."

"I have hired Jim Begin for numerous jobs including replacing 10 windows in my home, siding, install a slider door, kitchen flooring, general carpentry. He does exceptional work, is organized, arrives on schedule, hard worker, very reliable. Quality work consistently! I have many more projects ion my list and will be looking to Jim!"

"Service guy arrived (Bobby) within allotted time frame (9a-11a) installed my heavy glass mirror in about 15 mins and was out the door. Very courteous, explained what he was doing and why. Good communication with Blaine while setting up appointment. Was quoted a fair price."
