"Originally he told me what the project would consist of, the time frame and what to expect. The project went just as he said, no bumps….just rain, he told us it would probably be a week and he was true to his word. He was paid 1/3 at contract, 1/3 at start, and balance at finish. It was refreshing to have a contractor who was true to his word and kept us informed all thru the project! We cant say enough positive words about our experience and highly recommend him for your job!"
