His 3D Drawings helped to show what the interiors would look like as well as exteriors. Very helpful for customers that need a Real Time Visual other than your basic Blueprint drawings that are also included. He responds back to you quickly and updates you with drawings as you move through your project. Very helpful and thinks outside of the box. "Oh, boy--Erick (and Tom, his guy) have done work for me on my 100-yr. old home, for over a decade! First job -- Erick alone--built a gorgeous deck...neighbors couldn't stay away. ...still getting compliments.
