"I recently hired Coen Brothers Construction on a thorough bathroom renovation, and the outcome was outstanding. Their quality was excellent, and I am delighted with the final result. Their sub-contractors were also great and worked at the same high standards as the Coen Brothers. Although we faced some communication issues at the outset, we eventually worked through them, and it significantly improved throughout the project. They paid attention to detail; when my project manager saw me stripping the trim for reuse, they recommended buying new trim and a lumber yard to get it. And it makes a big difference having new trim with clean, sharp lines. Their tile work took longer than expected, but the miter cuts the trim cuts, and the finish is excellent. They were consistently punctual, respectful of my home, and very tidy - tidying up at the end of each day. While the project took longer than anticipated, the reasonable cost and the team's meticulous attention to detail compensated for it. Coen Brothers Construction also expertly handled all necessary permits and inspections, keeping me informed every step of the way. Overall, I am satisfied with their work and would hire them again for my next project."

"The Evolution of Contractors were quick to respond to my request for a quote to replace the railings, treads, and porch area of my dad's front landing, which at that point had rotted out railings and failing treads. They did not try to upsell me and gave a clear quote for both wood and composite materials. There was zero pressure.Communication was always clear, friendly, and timely. We went with the composite option. The work was completed in one full day. They were polite, efficient, and cleaned up everything after themselves. I had the opportunity to review the work with them after and got clear care instructions. After the work was completely paid for, I noticed a small irregularity that was purely aesthetic in nature. I texted asking for suggestions to address it myself, and was immediately told they would come by the next week to correct the issue. I would happily work with them again!"

I signed a proposal to have Duncan Builders take care of the contract work and I needed to build at my salon. They moved a bathroom door from one wall to the next. Had their plumbers come in to create some plumbing through the floor into the basement and install a new water heater. All this was done to set up two free standing shampoo basins. "In 2021, I hired Eric to fix a water leak in my basement. I paid approximately $8000. Three months after the work was done, there was leaking again. He came over and told me that this was a different leak. After I saved up enough money, I was referred to an expert in basement leaks/foundations. He came over and completed the work. When he was doing the work, he proactively asked me who did the work previously. He said he was clearly not done by someone with knowledge of foundations. I have tried to resolve with Eric. At a minimum, I deserve a refund"
