"Excellent. From our initial communication with Bill Perry, reviewing the work that needed to be done and giving us a cost with price breakdown, it all took place quickly and professionally. When the deck could not be done until spring, we were concerned that the deck would not hold up through winter. Bill sent one of his men, Mike to build supports under the deck. He did a great job. Carpenters, Dan, Juan and Mike were professional, respectful and punctual. Their attention to detail was excellent. They worked through some very cold days and always cleaned up at the end of each day. Dan always communicated when a change was needed or extra work needed to be done. We decided to put solar lights on the deck, and after a conversation with Dan decided to go with a different idea than we had planned. We ended up ordering lights that Mike found on Amazon which ended up working out perfectly.. Very happy with work that was done and the professionalism of the crew. Would rehire Perry Construction."

"The project went great; I'm very happy with the final product. It lines up exactly with what I was looking for at the start of the project and looks better than I could have planned because of some great design suggestions from Wagner Home Renovation along the way. We ended up creating two separate closets from the previous closet incorporating some previously unused space in the condo as well. Both closets are accessed through very nice double doors. The laundry closet and general/clothes closet both look great. Wagner Home Renovation used high quality repurposed wood from a previous project and black iron rods to give the general/clothes closet great character. All of the work was very well done, and blends into the existing paint and trim-work so well, you can't even tell any work has been done. As an example, they added a wooden keystone at the enlarged entranceway near the new closets that was a very nice touch and feels like it was always there. They were able to save me money throughout the project by offering to use repurposed wood from previous projects that was often better quality than what would normally be used. Wagner Home Renovation does high-quality work and has a genuine interest in how well the end result turns out. They have a great attention for detail, offer great design ideas and options, and are responsive, honest, budget-conscious, flexible, reliable and easy to work with. I highly recommend them."

"Should you need a great contractor? My husband and I cannot begin to say how happy we are with our experience with Pro Warrior Painting and Construction. Living in Newburyport our large wooden deck had seen it’s day and we knew the time had come to completely replace it. Yann the owner, from day one was personable, professional, prompt and a perfectionist. He and his crew went out of their way to get our deck done within budget and in a timely manner. We never felt forced or pressured into making decisions, but were encouraged to make decisions together for this project. Yann’s work ethic really was above and beyond what we expected. It was a tough work with demo and complete rebuild, but everyone on his crew had a very positive attitude and worked very hard until all of the work was done! It’s obvious he has had these guys working for him for a long time as the daily moral was high and they all worked together seamlessly, with an obvious tone of mutual respect.
