Keith, the owner, was there promptly when he said heâ d be. After a thorough walk thru and some thought, he recommended mini splits based on the layout of our house. We decided to go with this and couldnâ t be happier. He had given a rough timing estimate during the visit, and then we were given a schedule upon deposit. They were there on the exact day they said they would be and finished early. The installer crew led by Ron was extremely professional and tidy. We had trouble with one compressor the day before leaving for vacation and I called to let them know, told them when weâ d be back, and they had someone there first thing the next morning for an immediate fix. The units have been running splendidly and these 90 degree days have been so much better for us than in the past! Youâ ll notice many positive reviews for NV, and I will say they are all the real deal.
