"This is the 2nd time Bill and his crew have worked on our house.  It went perfectly.  here are some key highlights.
1. Bill is easy to contact and responsive via both phone and email
2. Fair price, I shopped a bit and talked to others who had work done similarly and his jobs are priced competitively.
3. Quality work.  The deck came out beautifully.  The decking is great and he was responsive to our concerns about how things should be done.   There was a problem with the deck not being square when originally built and he had some nice workarounds for this problem. For the exterior wall repair they did a nice job removing old clapboards/fascia boards,etc and fixing the root cause of the problem.  it looks as good as new!  Tested by a heavy rainstorm the next day and the original problem was gone!  No more risk of undue rot.
4. He has an assortment of funny employees that he draws upon, quite entertaining.
Bill and his team are a hard working group of individuals.  They do a quality job, clean up nicely after themselves.  Furthermore, he was able to get to us quickly and get the job done. 
As this is the 2nd time we've used Neary Construction, i can say with certainty that both experiences have been excellent.  Highly recommend.

"I00 yr. old home played by water seepage where wall meets floor and an inefficient sump pump. I met with 3 companies in good standing-but selected Key because they provided a range of realistic, sound options, with strong reviews. The rep seemed knowledgeable + the price competitive so I signed for small basin/ French drain at bulkhead entry + new pump with battery backup. The workers were punctual, very courteous, amazingly efficient and clean. Apparent miscommunication between rep and head contractor -Wendel led to some confusion re: pipe fitting and backup battery. In the end, however...I have every reason to believe the job will stand the test of time ! I'm happy I turned to Key Waterproofing."
