"We would definitely hire PAV Construction again for any home project. They were highly professional, on-time, on-budget, always very pleasant, and their work is OUTSTANDING! This was a major remodel of the entire downstairs of our home with wall removal and wall construction, new windows, doors, new kitchen, installation of hardwood floors throughout the first floor, rebuilding of staircase, hardwood flooring in the upstairs hallway, basement flooring and ceiling. The work exceeded our expectations!! it is absolutely beautiful! Pavlin, the owner, offered excellent suggestions for the remodel. His communication was incredible. He regularly kept us updated with texts and photos, and responded to any questions within the day. His crew was excellent as well as talented, hardworking and accommodating."

"Mr. Byam called right away, I explained the roof shingles repair. I sent him the photos requested and he was able to pinpoint the cause. He came within the time frame the same day and took care of the repair. The location happen to be on third floor roof, than second floor, but he was very resourceful to solve the problem. The fee was reasonable and I appreciated his commitment to take care of problem in very efficient manner. Recommend him very highly."
