"As part of the deal that was purchased debris and garbage removal was not part of that, disposal of rotten railroad tires would have been an add on to the job. It was not indicated that the customer wanted a dump run done in addition to a cleanup. This job was done several months ago and we were never notified before reading this review that any sort of damage occurred to a plant. Had we been told at the time I wouldn't have hesitated to send someone back over to assess the damage and if needed replace the plant. We take much pride in our work and making sure our customers are 100% satisfied but if we aren't notified in a timely manner of any issues it becomes impossible to address any concerns. I feel this C rating is extremely unfair given that we weren't told of any concerns prior to now."

I apologize that she had to wait longer than expected but I always indicated our timeline at the initial meeting. "This was a customer who purchased a 12 hour deal, I met with her and then got her job added to our busy existing schedule. 2 crew members did the work that I outlined for them and reviewed on site with them. I text her and emailed after the job was completed to follow up that she was satisfied. (My guys stated someone came home while they were finishing up but did not speak to them other than saying hello) I never heard back so assumed she was happy. Imagine my surprise to see this review 3 months after the work was completed. We pride ourselves on our work and strive to go above and beyond, if she had reached out about being unhappy with anything I would have sent a crew back asap. I feel this is such an unfair review and if she was so unsatisfied why would she wait 3 months to review? I never got a call, email or text"
