"I have owned a central vac system since I purchased my home 13 years ago. I use it weekly, but am a novice when it comes to maintenance because I have not experienced any problems in all this time. When my system suddenly stopped suctioning, Albert spent what I felt was quite a bit of time educating me on not only my system but on central vac systems in general. A technician was scheduled at a convenient time. Reno was very knowledgeable and quickly discovered and corrected the problem. He gave my equipment a quick tune up. I highly recommend J.G.
