"All three jobs went great. For the water heater replacement Lewis came to my house at a convenient time for me, removed the heater changed out the rotted pipes and installed a new one with warranty. The price was great too. This job was time sensitive and he made me a priority to get it done. For the bathroom tub drain unclog he was very professional and did a great job. My garbage disposal was leaking and I came home to a pool of water in my cabinet and on the floor. Lewis came out quickly to resolve the issue for me. He replaced everything under the sink and showed me what he was doing each step of the way. I think that he is a great plumber if you want to get quality work and learn about each job too."

I got a few estimates for a drain because of water coming into my basement and decided to go with this company based on speaking with the owner Dave (Great Personality) and a fair price. He was very through walking me through each step of the process and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I needed to have the work done as soon as possible as I'm in the process of moving and with all the rain we've had and the rest of the week was not looking good with more rain to follow. He told me they were extremely busy and wouldn't be able to squeeze me in for a couple of weeks.The other company could start in a few days and their price matched Watchman by a hundred dollars. The next morning I get a call from Dave and he told me they had a cancellation and could start the work the immediatley I was thrilled! "Although we had a pretty detailed proposal and walked through the entire job with them prior to starting, an area of the house trim and a window board wasn't painted.  It took some back and forth to get them to complete the job before we released the final payment.  Maybe taking pictures and inserting it in the proposal would have helped them remember what was agreed to.  
The test of time will determine the quality of the paint job.

"Harold Giancola provided an initial assessment of work needed which was very detailed, noting current variety of conditions of the house's wooden trim, including pictures (sent on i-phone) of sections of the trim boards that needed replacing.  In the proposal, Harold:
(1) Explained the corresponding variations in prep work needed (ie., power wash all, caulking, level of sanding, painting all, and confirmed our preferred choice of paint;
(2) Provided a fixed price quote for the painting materials, prep & painting labor;
(3) Provided hourly billing rate for carpentry labor (very reasonable), plus lumber at additional cost.
Total price of completed job was 2/3 - 1/2 less than other bids received.
