Within a few days of my inquiry they came out to my house to take measurements and they brought samples to choose from. Installation was done within a few weeks after that. Took away the old countertops and sinks. They know what they're doing. One of the installers was actually the owner and they were prompt and professional and cleaned up well."

"Although we had a pretty detailed proposal and walked through the entire job with them prior to starting, an area of the house trim and a window board wasn't painted.  It took some back and forth to get them to complete the job before we released the final payment.  Maybe taking pictures and inserting it in the proposal would have helped them remember what was agreed to.  
The test of time will determine the quality of the paint job.

"Charlie did a great Job.  I had to do everything via phone and Email as I work overseas and my wife was out of state.  Windows looked fantastic and so did the french door install.  Had one concern about the french door being hard to close, but Charlie came back and assured me that everything was correct and air tight and to call if any concerns arose.  Price was Fair for the windows, but a little steep for the wall removal in my opinion, but I'm not in the business so they should know.  All said, Work was great and house was clean when I got back.  They did an excellent job.
