"Title: Extremely Disappointed with Hallmark Stone's Countertop Installation Service ⭐️ Rating: 1/5 I recently had a countertop installation done by Hallmark Stone, and unfortunately, the entire experience was nothing short of a nightmare. From start to finish, it was evident that customer satisfaction was not their priority. First and foremost, the installation crew left an appalling mess behind. Chunks of the old countertop, dust, and debris were scattered all over my cabinets, creating a huge inconvenience and a considerable cleanup task for me. To make matters worse, they took crucial components required to hook back up our plumbing with them and never returned our calls when we inquired about it. We even sought assistance from Home Depot, but they too failed to elicit a response from Hallmark Stone for three long days. Dealing with them prior to the installation was no better. Their communication was incredibly terse, and they seemed disinterested in addressing our concerns or questions. The lack of customer focus was evident, leaving us feeling ignored and undervalued. The most alarming part of this entire ordeal was discovering dangerous tools left in our cabinets. Among them was a cutter similar to a razor blade. What if a child had found it before we did? This level of negligence is unacceptable and puts people's safety at risk and on top of that I still have no working plumbing. I highly advise potential customers to think twice before considering Hallmark Stone for any service. They have shown a complete lack of professionalism, safety awareness, and basic customer care. I would strongly suggest exploring other options for your countertop needs to avoid the frustration and potential hazards we encountered."

John gave us a timeframe for each step of the process and kept in touch with us throughout. We then had several other rugs cleaned at very reasonable prices. The rugs were picked up, delivered, and placed. We also purchased new padding which makes such a difference. "Well the contractor like most contractors seem interested to get the job until of course they got the job then their customer service changed. HomePros never pulled a permit which they said they would. 75% of all worked preformed had to be redone a second time because of the poor workmanship and finished look of the job. Here is a few of those items. Ceiling, interior wall, exterior wall, and they ordered the wrong window size as well. The owner Randall spent very little time at all on the job site and was very difficult to reach once they had been given the job. The quality and fished product did not match the work that was advertised on their website. Ultimately I signed off on the job as happy however I would never higher this company again and would greatly advise those against it. The owners son was however very professional and took extra time and effort to correct the poor finished look of the work that the supposedly experienced worker was done with. His customer service is what convinced me to sign off on the job as done and satisfied. There was nothing else they could do to make it better so it didn’t make sense to me to drag out this job. In closing I would say at very best this company is capable of handyman work but not anything close to a full remodeling contractor. Buyer Beware!!’"
