Cleaned up all materials inside and outside the house.  Put down protective cloth in the house to protect the floor and catch removal of old window debris...The guys did a very professional job, were very polite and courteous - and my wife and I would recommend them to anyone!  Sergie (the owner) met with us prior - gave us a very fair price, and his workers, Alex and another gentleman (sorry can't remember his name :-(   did a superb job and craftsmanship.

We subsequently hired the firm that originally installed the gutter, but I want to comment on the service Jared gave us in the evaluation and research of our problem. We thought the original problem was a loose piece of flashing, but when Jared came over to look at the problem he told us it was really a part of the roof gutter that had come loose.
