Michael didn't pay much attention to the detailed drawings or project parameters provided by the designer, and didn't verify as-built conditions. As a result one of the cabinets was incorrectly sized and some floating shelves I provided were incorrectly installed. Because they hadn’t been included in the original quote, I had to pay an additional fee. Additionally ,communication and adherence to promised schedule and deadlines was inconsistent. Michael is a nice guy and I can tell he’s capable of doing some very good work, but I wouldn’t hire him again based on this experience."

A pantry cabinet upgraded to pull-out shelves that store many times the old cabinet. They worked quickly, protecting all surfaces, and were more than on-time with their work. Most importantly, if they didn't answer the phone on the second ring, they returned the call asap. HIRE THESE GUYS!!!!"

The crown moulding project was going to be a bear and I did not want anything to do with it. My bride was harrping on me to get it done so I through it on home advisor. "We had Derek come out to replace some rotted wood trim around our windows and doors. He was great. I called the office on a Thursday and he was able to come out the following Tuesday, which was significantly quicker than anywhere else we called (if they even answered the phone, because most didn’t). Derek is very communicative, easy to work with and transparent about materials and cost. He was super friendly, always on time, and sent updates with pictures about how the job was going. He looked at other places around the house as well, that might need repairs first, as we were looking to paint the house later this summer. We have him coming back in a few weeks to finish the recommendations made. We will definitely use him again and highly recommend him."
