He offered his services to clean and polish our dining hall and other vinyl floors that were very in need of extreme cleaning and polishing. We were able to use his equipment and materials with our church crew to do this major job one Saturday afternoon with no additional charge. The floors are beautiful. When I first asked for a quote to clean my patio, a representative of the company, named Carmen, had me send pictures of the space and gave me a formal quote. Carmen was always attentive to every question I had about the process to clean my patio and always gave me a straight answer. Wandel, the cleaner, was on time for the job and power washed the fence, windows, cement patio and did yard/waste removal.
