"We had a good experience with Dharam. He estimated and booked the job over email using Google Earth for measurements and was able to fit us in pretty quickly. He explained his process in detail. The pricing was reasonable and competitive and our roof and deck look great now. We would hire him again."

Vinyl siding cleans up like new. It's the only maintenance you'll ever need to do. I do offer the option of a wax application which allows me to guarantee mildew and algae does not return for 2 years. If it does return I rewash at no charge.
