"Dharma House did exactly what I requested. My roof looks brand new. He spent many hours not only cleaning my roof but also my pergola, stairs, part of my driveway and porch. He is extremely hard working and his prices are very fair given the amount of time and effort he put in. I would definitely use this service again and would recommend to anyone."

Vinyl siding cleans up like new. It's the only maintenance you'll ever need to do. I do offer the option of a wax application which allows me to guarantee mildew and algae does not return for 2 years. If it does return I rewash at no charge.

"Osmin and his team did a great job replacing our triple-decker back porch. He worked with an architect, that he found, to make sure there were no variances required. This made the permitting process quicker. It was a tricky job because building codes have changed since the porch was first built."
