"Flavio is an artist with tiles and enjoys his work. He and his wife were very professional and fair. They had a written contract that they were willing to negotiate reasonably. He and his crew showed up when they said they would cleaned up after their work . He returned extra tiles to the store to save me money and showed receipts.Over all a pleasure to work with."

"Jay came in at a time of need and felt our pain for our bathroom situation, a 5 month long headache - he made our bathroom a goal to have completed before the new year and if it wasn't for him we wouldn't have a completed bathroom, but thanks to Jay our bathroom will be completed before the end of the year! Jay was willing to work with our budget and our schedule. "Ornel and Al did a great job and I am very pleased with the outcome. The tile was placed too closely to the electrical outlets and someone had to use a dremel to file the tile so the outlets could be installed, which was a pain. Ornel installed a 3 mural tile over my stove and took great care with the spacing and placement of that. I would hire them again!"
