We recently built a 2nd floor on our cape in Milton and needed walls and ceilings in three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a hallway and stairwell. Bertie was prompt with his bid and was extremely flexible with his start date. He was finished with the entire job in less than four days, which was incredibly impressive. In addition, part of the demolition included tearing down two walls on the first floor and a strip of drywall by the front door. Without asking, Bertie fixed those as well and included them in the price. Furthermore, we are installing a pocket door and need to wait for that before drywall goes up, plus our plumber needs access to the shower before the durock goes up, and Bertie has already committed to helping us with those issues as soon as they are ready. They completed 8 projects: installed a new 18’ x 24’ patio with fire pit, replaced old steps with a beautiful new deck, replaced rotted siding with new siding, replaced garage roof, built a pergola with a swing, planted a Zen garden around the swing, built a 8’ x 60’ bocce court, built six 8’ x 4’ cedar raised garden beds and a beautiful fence to protect the garden.
