I was thinking it is going to be a 2 weeks project (schedule appointment for estimate, and schedule another appointment for work....etc). But April was so extremely helpful. She sent someone over to the house to give an estimate within 2 hours and gave a very reasonable quote. The work was done on the same day as well. Within another few hours, the work was done. While they were there, I also have them fix a piece of glass on our garage door that has a crack. Their quality of work was excellent. Everything was handle with care and they are very professional. Another gem I found on Angies' List. I will definitely use them again for future glass projects."

Each window had different issues I contacted them and they came and did an estimate for the work. They also explained exactly what work would be done. They were very thorough and transparent. They did the estimate in the fall and the work was scheduled in the spring. They came on the date that was scheduled, amazing! They were extremely reliable, and showed up for all work as scheduled.They did beautiful work. It is such a pleasure to be able to open all my windows!. "Precision did a great job measuring, and purchasing the windows we wanted. The installation team was knew what they were doing, and made quick work of the old windows and had the new ones in.
However, they did not come prepared to insulate the windows. Had we not asked at a critical time during the installation our windows would haven drafty during the winter.
