They showed us each duct and vent, if it had evidence of mold. They videoed and shot photos of each vent, after cleaning them. They cleaned up afterwards. Very courteous and nice. We highly recommend them and will use their services again."

Debris was blown up into garden plantings requiring a lot of work to clean up. That said, gutters are clear and Nate was courteous and friendly."

"Hunter was very polite and very flexible, but we were charged by the square foot and many pieces of furniture were not moved for cleaning. If we needed to have pieces moved for the cleaning that should have been said prior to their arrival. It felt as if they were rushing to get the job done so quickly that they left areas undone. We were left with one restroom left undone and a white residue on the floors and baseboards. Hunter was very apologetic and did return to clean the floor in the bathroom and wipe down the baseboards. Over-all I feel they are capable of doing a great job, but our marble floors were a bit of a challenge and they underestimated the amount of time that would be needed for the cleaning."

This experience with RH & MS was an extremely positive experience. I hired them to renovate my home after Barry flooded the total ground floor of my 1200 sq. foot home. Several HomeAdvisor contractors gave me quotes on the job. RH & MS was not the lowest, but, the attention to detail in the initial walk thru separated them from the other contractors. They quickly worked to totally gut the house and re-mediate the floors, wall and insulation to prevent the growth of mold. They did an excellent job of replacing sheet rock, insulation, and painting. I was impressed by how the punctual and friendly crew cleaned up after every work day. Mike said it would take about three months and they finished one week shy of three months. I would highly recommend RH & MS General contractors with out reservation."
