Great communication from everyone I dealt with, from Melissa who handled scheduling, to the arborist who came to my property to provide an estimate, to the crew who performed the work. Everyone was nice, they cleaned up after themselves and the trees look great. Highly recommended."

Jokes aside, Saul (the socially awkward leader of this pirate crew) and his team came over to do a rather tricky exterior painting job, and they did not disappoint. Great job, fellas. "Terrible. I paid a 50% deposit to grade, install drainage, and then put in a new patio, play-area, and turf putting green at my home. They were very responsive and eager when trying to get the business, and over-communicated and offered a discount on services because they were “trying to fill a hole in their schedule”. After paying a 50% deposit, it was verbally agreed that work would start the following week, but then they said they could not get materials. There were intermittent text communications through the following month, with Riverbank (Riverbend) repeatedly committing to new start-dates which were then missed and rescheduled for later. When we scheduled phone calls to discuss specific project timelines and parameters, Riverbank blew off the meetings. I have given them multiple opportunities to commit to start-dates and complete the project, and yet they have failed to show up and do any work, or even respond to voicemails and texts in a remotely professional manner. They have held my deposit for 2+ months now, have not done ANY work and have missed all agreed-upon deadlines and commitments to communicate. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and am currently taking steps to retrieve my deposit back. Will update this review if things are resolved."

"These guys did an excellent job on our roof. I'd hire them again in a heart beat if we had another roof to do! Our roof had been damaged by storms and displayed several of the telltale signs of serious shingle damage including creased shingles, missing shingles, impingement, streaking, more. Our insurance covered the entire replacement with us responsible only for our deductible. The material was dropped off the day before they started working. The job took about 3 days to complete and was done under a hot sun. Their crews always arrived on time and worked long hours. We have an in-ground pool close to our house so they covered the entire pool with a large tarp to help keep it clean. Two passive turbines were added to vent the roof and a nonfunctional motorized power vent was replaced with a new one. I had lots of questions which Reshaud and Carlos were more than willing to answer, explaining how they do the job, which eliminated any anxiety I had about the quality of their work. And, everyday they cleaned up the job site including running a magnetic tool over the ground to pick-up as many nails as could be found. I highly recommend Structure Ace for your roof repair, be it large or small."
