He was a little early than original time only about 30 min but he did a very good job,cleaned up afterwards nice sharp blade that gave me a nice even cut.Im a Lil picky but I was impressed.

Mr. Hamilton and I agreed to $40.00 for the front and back lawn every two weeks. The first time he arrived it was raining and he cut the front lawn and two bushes. He charged me $60 even though he was not able to do the back, because I had work being done in the back. He made it clear that he could not clean up like he should have because of the rain. I confirmed with him in writing that in two weeks the charge would be our original agreement of $40 for the front and the back. He said yes and he would finish cleaning up what he had not done when he returned in two weeks. Two weeks later, he called and said he would not be able to make it due to mechanical failure and that he would come the next day. He did show up that afternoon. When he finished, he called me and said the job would be $60 because the lawn in the back was high, even though he had not cut it when he was here last and because he had to spend an extra ten minutes blowing... He did not finish cleaning off the bushes. He insisted that I owed him sixty and then told me, because of the hot summer, I might want to have the lawn cut once a week for $40 basically doubling our original agreement. I paid him the sixty but felt like a fool because I knew I had the original agreement in text. However, I did not want any further problems with Mr. Hamilton. I told him not to worry about coming back, and that I would find someone else. When I arrived home, I found grass still on the sidewalk leading up to my door and in front of the house. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.

Addison and his crew did an amazing job on my overgrown yard that others said they couldn't do. His price was more than fair and actually lower then those who said it would take at least 4-5 hours to complete and yet Addison finished in less then an hour and a half. Definitely recommend this company.
