"Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to complete the scope of work that was needed to remedy my problem at this time. However, I was in constant contact with Chad who provided friendly, helpful and professional support. He sent someone to my home to inspect the attic, free of charge. The expert answered all of our questions and concerns and provided us with invaluable information on a/c duct cleaning. I have discussed with Chad my reasons for not having the work done now and we’ve agreed to touch base again in January. I was exceptionally pleased with Hagerman LLC and its contact person, Chad. "I called GEM air to give me a quote on installing a new central air system at my shop. Sales rep was there that day and was extremely knowledgeable and was able to address all of my concerns. They had a team out there next day. They made sure the site was clean and did an awesome job in a timely manner! Communication was top notch which is really important to me!
