"The 2 workers who installed the drainage system should be paid well since they did the entire project in the heat using shovels. No problem there. The problem comes with lack of follow up in gutter work. A contractor was sent and an astronomical bid was given. I called Mr Mike and received no return call and am expecting none. He was to also tamp down the dirt mound and replace sod after a six week period much like another person and I haven’t heard anything and again don’t expect to. Sad."

We are a local foundation repair company. We fix cracked and sagging foundations. We repair.both RESIDENTIAL and COMMERCIAL foundations. We do this by drilling piers under your foundation to support and correct foundation settlement and prevent it from moving again. We then raise the foundation to its normal grade and place structural steel supports on each pier. When we're done, we use the soil to fill the pier holes and clean up after ourselves.

You have different options depending on the scale of repair needed. If you are repairing minor cracks that are between ¼ inch to 1.5 inch wide and less than half an inch deep, a self-leveling polyurethane sealant would be your best choice. If your foundation isn’t properly square, there’s a chance that anything you built before detecting the issue may need to be torn down. A major miscalculation could leave some walls of your home unsupported. 

If you don’t have any access to or knowledge of any area underneath your home, chances are it’s built slab-on-grade. You can also look for the concrete around the bottom edge of your structure; if it’s just a few inches tall, it’s likely a slab. If it’s more than that, has any windows, or you have steps leading to your main entrance, you likely have a different foundation style.
