"Everyone was super friendly, but really lacking any follow through. Apparently the first guy who was supposed to come out had a family emergency and I slipped through the cracks a little bit, and didn't hear from them until 45 minutes after they were supposed to have shown up at my house. No big deal--things happen. We agreed that someone else would come out that afternoon when I got home from work, and that someone would be in touch around the time I said I would be home to confirm that I was back. I skipped some things I had to do that afternoon to go straight home--no one called, no one came. The next morning I got a call apologizing, and we scheduled a time for that afternoon. Someone came and walked me through everything I needed. At this point they were the 3rd business I had come out, and I was most impressed with GreenSeasons, in spite of the fact that they already had 2 no-shows. I was supposed to get an email with the estimate, but assuming that it was comparable with the others, I was most likely going to hire them. It's been almost a week and I haven't received anything. Ultimately I've hired another company not because I don't believe that they would do excellent work (I feel confident that they would!), but because they're lacking on follow-through and I don't want to worry about making sure the job gets done! Hopefully I just slipped through the cracks and am the exception, not the rule!"

"They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."

"I called him on a Saturday and within 15 minutes, he returned my call.  Within an hour, he was at my home to investigate the problem with my central A/C Unit.  Within a very short time period, he diagnosed the problem and set out to obtain the part needed for the repair.  After obtaining the part, he arrived back at my home within 30 to 40 minutes and made the repair.  I found the gentleman to be very professional, courteous and helpful.  I would definitely use him in the future.
While he was at my home, I asked him to take a look at my yard and send me a price to do the regular lawn mowing, edging, etc.  The next day, he provided me with that information in which I thought he gave me a fair price and I intend on using him in the future.
