Started June 2012 with over 10 years experience, James Scott introduced UCBJ (Under Construction by James) as one of Baton Rouge’s up and coming leaders in the residential and commercial construction services. With a crew of a just two, James Scott began scouring family, friends, and local businesses to promote his services. After many long hours, blood, sweat, and tears, James Scott began to capitalize on the need for competitive pricing and quality management in the community, thus improving the lives of the locals and educating them on the process of remodeling and fixing everyday misfortunes.
