"My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

They installed new motors and fans in my existing heating and ac units...they kept my heating unit going for 27 years! . When it was finally time to replace the whole system ,they walked me through the benefits of a heat pump, and basically held my hand while I tried to figure out what the best option was. They came on time to do the installation, clean up and hauled away the old units, made sure I understood how everything worked, and delivered a great product with a great warranty. "sent people over that did not know what they was suppose to do. owner would show up at dark to remove work his workers did. he would work with a light on his head. instead of fixing leak he made it worst he also cover up rotten wood with new wood. did more damage than had already to home. had to hire a new contractor to remove his work and do job right. new contractor charged me to remove all his work due to poor workmanship. new contractor wrote letter stating this. filed a complaint with the BBB as to this date a month later he has not responded to them. he did this to my mom a 84 year old women. charged he 2511.00 dollars. do not hire this contractor he will do more damage than repair."
