Guy's Chimney Sweep & Duct Cleaning

I posted an earlier review where I gave some low grades based on a charge for log removal. The owner (who usually goes on all jobs, but was unavailable when my services were performed) contacted me to get details. He refunded the $50 I was charged for removing the logs, and ensured the chimney had been cleaned. He said he would remind his assistants to mention any charge upfront. He asked if I experienced any uncomfortableness with the workers, based on my lower grade for professionalism. I said no, my irritation at the charge for removing the logs colored my rating for the overall, price, quality and professionalism ratings. Based on his responsiveness in checking to ensure the work was done properly and refund of unexpected charge, I would hire again, and recommend him to others.

Provider was prompt, clean and professional.  Was courteous and cleaned up any mess he made cleaning my chimney.
