On a Sunday morning, the day the flood waters had receded, I called Casey for support. His truck had been flooded the day before and was barely working. Never the less, he drove with his truck in 2nd gear, from Folsom to my home within a hour. He also brought plumbing materials and was able to put my well system back together and had it operational within a hour. While much of Covington was just digging out from being flooded, I had clear fresh water flowing. Casey beat all possible expectations and his performance was heroic. "The yearly service works out to be $50 a month. We've had two water heaters replaced through them because of a fault in them. They're usually very responsive. I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services. If something doesn't work right away usually it takes a couple of days to get someone out and sometimes you can't wait two days without water."
