Never the less, he drove with his truck in 2nd gear, from Folsom to my home within a hour. He also brought plumbing materials and was able to put my well system back together and had it operational within a hour. While much of Covington was just digging out from being flooded, I had clear fresh water flowing. Casey beat all possible expectations and his performance was heroic. I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services. If something doesn't work right away usually it takes a couple of days to get someone out and sometimes you can't wait two days without water."
