Complete Home Inspection
I am very pleased with the service I received. My new home was thoroughly inspected and Steve took the time to show me how to turn the electricity, gas and water off in case of emergency. I think he is reasonably priced. He was professional and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this company.

Wow what can I say, but exactly what I needed and was looking for. Mr Steve was extremely thorough and answered all the questions I had aked with no problems. He was super friendly and the receptionist Mrs. Bailey was also exceptional in her work. I will definitely reccomend this company if you want things done the right way the first time.

Outstanding service from start to finish!! Professional customer service (big shout out to Jenelle!!!) Survey from Steve was fully detailed. He went the whole 9 yards inspecting every inch of the property. And the report was highly detailed with plenty of photos, and additional resources on each item. Gave us a video call to discuss prior to wrapping up at the property. Put our mind to rest while we were dealing with this from out of state. Great communication and very personable team ! Once again excellent service throughout Would and WILL highly recommend !!!

Prompt actions, seems like a thorough job of finding visible issues, including many that are beyond the scope of the seller s obligation (recent improvements in building practices the inspector feels we should eventually implement ourselves, for safety and durability) A nice touch for the buyer s planning snd budgeting. We are 1,000 miles away and it was critical that we get good service from our realtor and inspector. We got that this time.

I am so thankful we went with Top To Bottom Home Inspections before purchasing our new home. Steve was incredibly thorough and extremely helpful with our decision on whether to make such an important investment. I would recommend him a thousand times over to anyone in the greater New Orleans area. They actually saved us from a money pit we were considering several months back! Our new home is in much better shape and Steve was so detailed in his inspection and allowed me to tag along and learn about his process... which is really important for a control freak like me! We hired Stephen to inspect a home we are purchasing and he did an incredibly thorough inspection. The 55 page report we received was highly detailed and included photos and illustrations. We are using this as a communication tool in explaining to contractors exactly what needs to be fixed. His pricing was fair and communication with him and his office manager was outstanding. I highly recommend Top to Bottom and will use them again if the opportunity arises.

Top To Bottom was very thorough. He spent several hours doing the inspection and didn t seem bothered with random questions my wife and I had as he was going through the inspection. At the end of the inspection he sat down and explained in immense detail his findings. He left an impression on us and was better than the previous home inspectors we had experienced in the past.
