Plumber was punctual, neat, and knowledgeable. Performed service and cleaned up after himself. The only problem was the price. I had another plumber that I usually use and he charges much less, but he was fully booked at the time.

There was no charge because it was the city that had a blockage in the line and not anything that I owned. They are good plumbers.  I like the interaction and I had no problems. The work turned out excellent. I would highly recommend them.
